Nick Jenkins Hypnotherapy
                                                     Nick Jenkins Hypnotherapy

I'm Nick Jenkins, and I've been helping people to find solutions for many years - even when I was a teenager, friends all used to come to me for advice.

Since then, I've combined a successful career in journalism - at one time I wrote a problem page for a well-known daily newspaper - with a growing interest in therapy and helping others.

I was trained in hypnotherapy by Trevor Silvester, one of the giants of modern hypnotherapy, at his Quest Institute.

There are many hypnotherapists out there - as you have probably discovered - and many hypnotherapy trainers. As with everything, some are good and some are not so good, but you can be sure that anyone who has qualified as a cognitive hypnotherapist through the Quest Institute has been trained to the highest standard and is up-to-date with all the latest science and theories.

I have been practising cognitive hypnotherapy - as well as aromatherapy and massage - in London for several years and have recently moved to beautiful Hebden Bridge in West Yorkshire.

I am a member of the Federation of Holistic Therapists (FHT) and am registered with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council (CNHC), the regulator for complementary therapists, so I am bound by the code of ethics of both organisations. I am also a member of the Quest Cognitive Hypnotherapy Practitioners Association (QCHPA).

Oh, and if you are looking for letters after my name, I am Nick Jenkins BA MFHT HPD DipCHyp NLP Pract MNCH (Lic) - which really just means that you can be sure I am properly trained and qualified.

I am located in Hebden Bridge, West Yorkshire
